Serioid question here.... I've been so attached to consoles growing up though it will be a bit of a big change.

Some people really just want to be seen with that apple logo on their phones. They want that upper middle class branding that comes with Apple products.

I've heard MacBook are really good for certain school and work related things,

The laptops are nice machines, just expensive for the specs you are getting.
