I fully support disgraced capitalists being goofy. When the revolution comes the funniest should get slightly reduced punishments so each one has to to out-jester the other

I mean idk what his assets are like (if since this was a finance crime they were seized or something) but if this guy is going to gen pop prison for almost a decade and lost his assets, guy at least for now is effectively a worker again. real prison, like death, is quite the equalizer. Still likely maintains bourgeois mentality, but hell; if this is his attitude going in maybe there's hope yet. As it stands he poses no class threat to the workers while this is his fate. He's basically a stand-up comic now.

And looking shallowly at it and the case he was tied to he didn't even hurt anyone real. it looks like they just ripped off rich crypto douches and corporations of them and then used some of that for campaign finance for his democrat wife (meanwhile we got Nancy fucking Pelosi here), which is why they're being punished; it was white(collar)-on-white(collar) crime unlike the bankers and real estate ghouls that Obama and the democrats shielded and bailed out in 2008 who ruined huge masses of regular working people. relative to that it's really victimless crime tbh.
