Structuring is when criminals make transactions intentionally splitting larger amounts into a series of smaller sums to avoid scrutiny from law enforcement or compliance obligations. In other words, criminals strategically structure deposits just under the threshold to prevent unwanted attention.
The act itself is illegal.
In the waning days of 2023, the Biden administration twice invoked a rarely used emergency authority to bypass congressional review of more than $250 million in weapons sales to Israel. The two transfers, one for 120mm tank shells and the other for 155mm artillery shells, come amidst growing concern over the severe humanitarian toll of Israel’s military campaign in Gaza and mounting criticism of the Biden administration’s seemingly unrestrained and unconditioned material support for the war effort.
I know what structuring is. And Biden is absolutely NOT doing that. So I’m here to call you out of your new flavor of the week misinformation campaign.
I think trump should have been locked up and hanged for treason. I also think Biden needs to face justice for knowingly supplying arms to a country engaged in genocide.

You have no clue what’s going on with Biden and the agreements he’s made, despite the numerous people that have explained it to you time and again. This proves you have no intent to even TRY to understand what’s going on, which proves you’re here for non other reason than to dilute the water and spread misinformation.
