I'm over 40 and I couldn't figure out what a rocky montage was until I read your comment. now I remember what a rocky montage is. can never forget him running up the stairs, that inspirational motivational music dubbed over
Yeah, I guess running up the stairs makes the difference between a simple training montage and a Rocky montage.
Technically concrete is a type of rock
Also called a gonna fly now montage. Both Rocky and The Karate Kid had flight theme elements.
I've always heard it called a training montage.
Also known as a training montage
Of course it’s that thing in Rocky Horror where the camera flashes from bedroom to bedroom in Frank’s sex castle and everybody is singing and fucking, then Janet realizes it’s NOT Brad in her bed
Dr. Scott!
Janet!
30+ here with the answer:
"Rocky montage" is a euphemism for the sex scenes in the film Brokeback Mountain, where one guy mounts the other in front of a rocky scenery.
young people aren't stupid. we all know its internet slang when you go to your cousins place of business and beat his meat for him. /s
In anything, if you want to go
From just a beginner to a pro
You need a montage! (Montage!)
Even Rocky had a montage (Montage!)
edit: Oh, but sorry, not under 30. I'll see myself out.
Fuck yeah!
Always fade out in a montage...

Of course. It's a collection of photos and videos of the Rocky Mountains
is it a montage in the style of the montages in the rocky movies?
30+ here. For anyone wondering, it's Rocky Montagè and he is a folk singer.
I'm in my 50s and I've no fucking clue what that is. I guess I'm more out of touch than I thought...
I'm nearing 40 and I think maybe I know what it is, but too embarrassed to try guessing since you say that
Something that is not nearly as good as a rocky horror picture show montage.
I'm 28. Yes how could I not know?
I'm 28 too, can confirm
Is that the moose and his flying squirrel friend?
Rocky was the flying squirrel. Boris was the moose. And then there were two Russian spies, Netanyahu and Bullhorn.
That name certainly aged like milk

a training montage?
No, I do not.
It's when you drop the camera while it's still filming.
21, nope. I've heard of a rocky training montage, but would have no idea what you meant by a rocky montage with no other context.
