Before David Chapman shot John Lennon, he waited at the Dakota with doorman Joaquín Sanjenís aka Jose Perdomo, a Cuban exile previously investigated by Cuban Intelligence's probe into the JFK assassination

Sanjenís had been instrumental in founding CIA counterintelligence group Operation 40
