Getting my meds refilled, most of them are covered by Medicaid but go figure the ones that actually help me feel like life is worth continuing with have costs not entirely covered. It's mostly the ADHD meds, finally found something that works for me so of course it's being held hostage by greedy fucks. If I can raise about $85 in total, I can get another month of being able to focus without breaking down too much, so any help is greatly appreciated. Tried several times but she wouldn't open her eyes in the flash, and getting her to move to a more well-lit area is a no go, as she absolutely detests being picked up.
We got her from a classmate of mine, she was the grandparents cat, but they were moving into a managed care facility and couldn't take her with them, so we volunteered to give her a home.
She's pretty chill, being an older cat, and the heat has her laying around doing absolutely nothing even more than usual. She loves being brushed, and I'm still working on getting her winter coat fully combed off so she isn't suffering more than she has to.
