The supreme court is a bunch of shitposters, america is their canvas and bullshit is their paint.
The logical inconsistencies and complete disregard for precedent means confusion is the name of the game at best, and cruelty at its worst.

Addendum: Is the entire world really going to wait another two years for the Supremely Stupid Six to act all surprised when the expected consequences of their biased and horrible interpretations of the law manifest themselves?
Addendum 2: I'm talking about the Grants Pass, Snyder, Trump, Raimondo rulings that have devastating effects that are spelled out each time in the dissents.

SCOTUS reaffirmed a few years ago that limits can be put on what private citizens can own, to the disappointment of the "arms means 'arms'" crowd. But that was before this whole fun angle of "justify it historically" was added.
SCOTUS is corrupt and dangerous.

It is stupid to put fees and paperwork in-between the people and their rights. Either it's legal to own a fully automatic weapon or it's not. Stop gate keeping our rights away behind all these fucking hoops.
Imagine having to pay to use your free speech if you wanted to say more then ten things a day. Fuck off.
Prisoners are not safe. Prison rape jokes are everywhere through our society. This should be a big heads up to the fact that even if we give up ALL OUR RIGHTS (ya know, like prisoners), the government is STILL incapable of keeping us safe. No amount of sacrificing civil liberties will make is safe. We live in the shitter multiverse. Accept it. Embrace it. For it is all we will know until the sweet embrace of death.
