It sounds like a good idea to get your software put in between business critical processes and charge a lot of money for it....
....up until your software stops all those business critical processes....
I really feel for all the techs worldwide who have to collectively deal with this mess across the millions of endpoints that now require manual intervention to fix since it can’t be reliably automated.
Especially when they pushed the update at 3pm on a Friday afternoon
