Took long enough for QR codes to catch on. I wonder how low usage got before the killed it.

Living in Japan back in 2009 was enough to convince me, really quite something it took this long for it to become standard, still have my old app I used to have to use to even read them back in the day on my phone.

Lol.

I am glad I no longer use google for anything beyond bulk photo storage for which i pay monthly. Paying monthly at least makes me feel like it wont be going away versus anything else they offer free of charge.
