It seems unlikely he'd end up in Riker's, if he gets jail time at all. So I think she's in the clear. I'm sure he'd either get house arrest or some very comfortable prison of some kind.
This is almost making me think she’s really undercover and trying to get Trump and his lackeys thrown in prison.
More likely, being so close to Trump, this is a sign that he’s really worried and talking a lot about going to prison.
