As I understand it, Texas republicans pushed to privatize the state's electrical grid, and allow "provider choice" in way that has led to extreme profit-taking by private entities and reduced any investment in infrastructure. This contributed to the extremely high prices that some Texans have been paying in the winter, as well as more frequent and sever outages.

We could consider this a bailout because private entities sucked all the money out of the system, and now the federal government is investing to try and get it into a working state again.

Why do they have to be this way? What happened to these Republicans? Are they genuinely held beliefs or is it all just opportunism?

The Spirit and The Mouse is free on Epic Games right now. I've been enjoying it - gentle, cute game where you play as a little electric mouse in a french village trying to help it's citizens. Rough around the edges with a lot of heart.

Max is notoriously capricious. If I remember correctly, they have a terrible reputation with animation on their platform.

In a sense I'm surprised these cartoons remained on there as long as they did.

She's a great communicator and seems to be genuine in trying to help Americans.

To be pedantic, as Chair of the FTC, Ms. Khan isn't a cabinet member. The FTC is an independent agency, which exists outside of the executive branch's departments. The heads of the departments are cabinet members. Think: DOJ, DOD, State, Agriculture, Interior, Education, Energy, Treasury, etc.

Mist Continent to Outer Continent for part one. They'll beef up the escape sequence in Fossil Roo as the end of the first game.

They'll add a bunch of filler and make Terra its own game.

Part three will be the endgame + the optional open world stuff before the endgame.

They'll fit a part four by carving something else up too.

It'll be a shame, too, since FF9 has a fun story and characters.
