Just the usual internal squabbles resulting in some reshuffling of personnel while putting on a theatre for the public of looking like they're doing something about corruption.
In reality the mere notion that this regime could or would do anything to reduce corruption is laughable, they are the corruption, the higher you go the more corrupt it gets.
