For me, going into the app info and enabling "Exploit protection compatibility mode" worked for banking.

I think it's kind of an extreme version of that thing where if you want an answer on reddit you don't ask for help, you confidently post a wrong answer and someone will immediately correct you.

Also as an aside, I don't mean this as a compliment to Trump. I think he's a raging piece of shit and I hope he loses. But it's elections are all about perception and I really don't see Biden doing anything to top this.

If there were any security/civil rights/general spying on people bills that were floating around but were too unpalatable to push through, those are most likely going through now.

Windows 10. My PC doesn't have TPM and I'm not buying new hardware to accommodate Microsoft's nonsense so that's that. Plus I only keep Windows around as a dual-boot option for like 2 things that don't run on Linux anyway, so it'll get phased out eventually.

The thing I'm currently most worried about for the next election is a Conservative-Reform coalition that just squeaks past the post and puts Farage in the Deputy PM spot. There are a lot of ifs-and-buts to that (IE the Tories and reform would have to bury the hatchet, Labour would have to pretty massively fuck up to get people interested in the Tories again after just five years etc.) but stranger things have happened.
