I budgeted shit out pretty much perfectly this week. Gas in the tank and food in the fridge. This is an unimportant post. Even used some change to pick up my new zoloft perscription, which has been fantastic so far. I have shit I need to do today, like writing out recipes and cleaning and just can't get the energy up, and I haven't bought coffee in ages because it's expensive. My ex bought us tickets to go see the Flaming Lips because that's our band. We're broken up now, but still going to the concert together tonight. I haven't been to a show since middle school and don't know shit about concerts. Is there anything I should know before going?

I feel super bad being back so soon, but I got groceries for my family, budgeted everything so I'd be fine until my next paycheck (tomorrow). Then an unexpected subscription (PS plus I got so the kid would play something other than Roblox) came out of my account and took out the money I was saving for gas. I'm supposed to drive an hour out an hour back to drop off my kid tonight. I'm terrified of running out of gas on the way there or back. PM me for any payment info, I greatly appreciate it

Edit: A close friend was able to cover me this time, they sent me $20 and I'm repaying them $15 when I get paid tomorrow. I'll be fine for tonight. Thank you all so much for helping me, and people like me.

Can't post links here without doxxing myself, but the megachurch wannabe/president of one of the boards of education around here is finally being called out. I've known about unsavory things he's done in the past, but this is the first time one of his victims has come forward. And it was someone that I was relatively close to. I'm so glad to see him finally go down.

Been a rough week. Girlfriend broke up with me, and my hours have been cut even lower. I get paid tomorrow but I don't have food or anything to eat tonight. Even my can opener broke. My cashapp is $thenewcashtag I really appreciate it.

Just got a letter saying that I have a warrant out now for not paying a plates ticket. Crazy that they're willing to fuck up people's entire lives over 100 bucks but they are.

I've never touched a more broken piece of shit. Bought the game for my kid's birthday because he wanted Little Big Planet. We just got to the first hub world and I've already encountered multiple gamebreaking bugs. If you want to do co-op, the game will infinitely load if you do the first level with more than 1 player. The save data is constantly corrupting. There are multiple parts of said first hub world where you can get stuck and have to do a hard restart of the level. I can't believe I never heard anything about this game being a broken piece of shit when it released

Why is the universal children's instrument also universally horrible? Got right out of bed and instantly started playing it.

Feeding a family of 4 on minimum wage is really difficult. After rent, we don't really have money for groceries or gas :/
