Um actually I'm gonna have to disagree with your criticism RE: Starmer's endorsement of nuclear first strikes; I'd be far more concerned about a potential PM who would not be willing to make it clear that we have these weapons, and if the event were to arise, we will use them. He's not saying "If I was PM, we'd use them next week." - he's just understanding of the fact that the world isn't idealistic, it's realistic, and that includes having the willingness to draw your sword in response to a sword being drawn upon you.
