So our expenses took quite a hit this month (due to emergency mutual aid, as it were lol) and it resulted in me being unable to afford one of my medical expenses, and a particularly necessary one. I had a pretty darn good week! I saw a sleep specialist and scheduled an at-home sleep study for early July, and saw my GP and got prescribed a new muscle relaxer and it’s actually working! 😁 Also obtained a bike last Friday, so have been a lot more active recently, and that has helped me a lot, physically and mentally.
I’m really stoked. This was my first week after coming out of a really, really horrible funk of depression and burnout. I’m just doing a lot better, and it’s so refreshing after a full month of non-stop lows.

I'm struggling particularly badly to make it to payday this month - I'm disabled, so have a fixed monthly income. I'm just lookin' for some grocery money to get me and my partner through until payday, which should be on/around the 26th (using one of those "get your money ___ days early" kinds of services, so i do get it a bit before the beginning of the month, luckily ^_^ )
