Someone ought to put a bug in their ear about this then

Holy shit that's terrible. I'm not in PA so this won't affect my ballot, but I voted early in-person on my birthday and I literally did this. I wrote my birthday instead of that day's date alongside my signature. Realizing my mistake, I scribbled it out and put the correct date. I asked an election judge and they reassured me it wouldn't make a difference and my vote would still be counted. Now if I lived in PA, on the other hand, it wouldn't have been counted.

Damn. I was hoping to get it on launch on PC so I could split my time playing in my gaming rig and my Steam Deck. Sounds like that's not gonna work out

Patients could get medical care early on instead of letting medical issues worsen until they become emergencies, which also results in more expensive treatments and worse outcomes

Last time I went to the one in St Paul the pianist was doing Steely Dan covers and it was awesome

The worst thing I've encountered with contacts is when they tear in half in your eye and you remove one part but struggle to find and remove the other half. That's happened to me a few times.

Balrogs, being spirits of fire, seem like a natural enemy to a creature of pure darkness

If memory serves I believe Balrogs are beings of fire, shadow, and darkness. I thought their "wings" were a mix of fire and smoke that they exuded and which Tolkien described as them being cloaked in it.

Agreed. Also the article makes it clear Thom Yorke disavowed Netanyahu back in 2017. Thom Yorke has always struck me as a lefty, so it wouldn't surprise me if he's spoken out against the war on Gaza more recently too.

Whether he and Radiohead should totally write off performing in Israel entirely is worthy of debating I think. But some random Aussie interrupting their Australian show is somewhat of a bummer for the other attendees who likely paid an arm and a leg for tickets, and many ppl who go to concerts do so to have fun and forget about the world's ailments for an evening.
