I know it's just a meme but the analogy doesn't work since the Palestinians didn't wipe out the previous inhabitants (and then celebrate it like the Nord KKKompanions do).
Nords are disfigured monsters?
On the inside, for sure
You're thinking of the falmer, who are the snow elves that fled the nords after their attempt at genociding them failed and sought refuge with the dwemer, who instead enslaved and poisoned them in a way that permanently disfigured and stunted their entire people somehow.
The Thalmor are the nazi altmer faction that want to exterminate all non-altmer races and then exterminate the altmer too, out of a mad idea that this would let them become formless and immortal ehlnofey (the precursor spirits that became men and mer when the world became a physical thing) again and be reunited with their gods (TES lore is weird like that). They're basically American Evangelicals, really.
Elder Scrolls lore is so mad that it's just as plausible that they're correct and would become reunited with their gods via this method as anything else.
The Altmer are not disfigured monsters, their literally high elves
