My bookshelf consists of college textbooks and woodwind sheet music. Surprisingly, I found a match with a graduate degree who plays an instrument, got lucky there.

"a match" here means a person who matched with them. they found a match with a graduate degree who plays an instrument, they didn't match with a Schoolhouse Rock walking talking diploma

Yes, in reference to the college textbooks on my bookshelf. Inference that we both value education, not sure that valuing education indicates membership in the PMC, seems to be counterproductive to make that connection.
