I am so thankful for the relentless cost engineering that made this vehicle objectively horrible. It pushed all my vector-graphics nostalgia buttons and I was in love with the stupid pointy truck the moment it was revealed. If it had been even a little less shitty, I probably would be saving for a down payment. But, no, they really went and scraped the bottom of the barrel, and just kept scraping.
It's okay it only killed my wife, I hated her anyway, LOVE THE TRUCK THOUGH

Cyber truck links all systems through a single daisy chained connection instead of the separate dedicated wiring harnesses that traditional automakers use.

I cannot believe (I totally can) that this moronic company is allowed to just change the behavior of the basic functions of their vehicles with no oversight whatsoever in this godforsaken hellhole. How are they allowed to adjust the acceleration and braking in an OTA update like they're adding new emoji to my phone's keyboard. And don't even get me started on testing the "full self driving (totally not making any promises of the car being able to drive itself)" on open roads.

I guess half the point of having a Tesla/Cybertruck is to be part of a 'group' with other Tesla fans. But they'll be so rabid if you don't reassure them of your dedication to the almighty suicide truck they'll tear you to shreds.

I was on shrooms like two weeks ago, walking around, and saw one of these things hurtling up a street with a playground on one side and a footie pitch & basket ball court on the other, which I'd just passed and there were kids, and I instinctively was like waving to the driver to flag them down or get them to turn a block early
If they had known you were concerned it may have activated their oppositional defiant disorder and decide to drive straight through the playground to demonstrate how it definitely wouldn't murder any 5 year olds.
How have these fucking things not been recalled yet? I'm waiting for the inevitable lawsuits to put Tesla in the ground but it won't be coming from the owners. They've gaslight themselves so goddamn hard.
I've started straight up pointing and laughing when I see one pass by.
So far haven't gotten any reactions though.
