I've made the joke too many times already but The Onion sorely needs a sister site with real news that's Oniony. They could call it something like The Garlic News Network.
Hochul also said she cared about getting rid of congestion, because New York City has an awful lot of it.
"Congestion is a problem in places more than just in Manhattan. Have you've been to Brooklyn lately? Queens? These are places where it is tough to get around," Hochul said. "We need a smart strategy, and I don't want to wait until gets—I wouldn't even want to wait another year. Why don't we start taking steps now to address the issue of congestion?"
I would think New Jersey customers would go to a hardware store that's near them, not all the way the fuck to one of the Boroughs.

I'm so glad the governor of the Great State of New York is checks notes protecting the interest of suburbanite Jersey schmucks.
Yeah Hochul, that's why we elected you, SOMEBODY has to look out for the poor commuters from outside our state, and there's no more rational office to do that than yours. 
I mean, having New York City "nationalism" over people living in NJ isn't the right attitude. But of course, the commuters from New Jersey don't deserve special (fake) treatment over locals either.
