They just went all anime on the character design in Resident Evil Revelations for some reason to the extent that it's jarring even when compared to the whackier installments in the series. Just look at this collection of awful hairdos and weird faces

Absolutely terrible and it's fuckin awesome
Revelations is probably the silliest Resident Evil game which is saying a lot. Everything's cartoony and ridiculous
They dedicated a whole subplot to two bumbling over-the-top comic relief sidekicks, one of whom talks in an exaggerated nerd voice and is named Jackass 
the third one is almost ok if you don't look at it for too long, the other two however, you could flag from a mile away as preposterous
The third one looks like it's straight out of a Valkyria Chronicles game or something. It's almost the most out of place outfit out of all of them
out of place, completely, but at least it's going for a fit, the other two seem like they were put together via the exquisite corpse method
The third one is almost a normal outfit, a little anime but whatever. That second one literally has tactical cold weather booty shorts
It's not a little anime, it's a lotta anime. My problem with it is that it looks like it's from the 1930s or 40s, just wildly out of place in a modern setting

Resident Evil 'fits have 2 forms: Classic and killing it(OG 3 Jill falls in here, too, I will die on the hill that the tube-top, miniskirt, sweater on the waist is fucking iconic), or absolute what-the-fuck.
