Well, it wouldn't be capitalized but "schmackhaft" is a not too fancy word for tasty.
Based on this, I'm not going to look up the translation. Instead I will guess. This reads "MMMMM GIVE ME THE TASTIES"
It's actually quite straightforward. (Ge)schmack is taste and -haft is an adjective forming suffix
I've never seen a train graze before, I always thought they ran off electricity from the rails or steam or something
