You had to give your SSN??
With the company I buy from, I just had to sign for the delivery once then every time after that they just drop it off. Maybe your dad can just sign for it the first time (assuming he is okay with you vaping).

Yes to verify my d.o.b. and it still woudln't take it anyway!

Okay then we'll see about this tomorrow when they come during the day. He's fine with me vaping, I just had to use his name so I could actually purchase the stupid thing. ugh. My gas station doesn't even card me because I literally look my age with my beard lol
The only time this has happened to me, I was wondering whether or not the likely overburdened postal carrier would actually get down, come to my door and verify ID. I missed them coming/going because at some point the delivery just was there. This was maybe six years ago, in Texas. Of course, that’s not to say things haven’t changed since, or you aren’t somewhere different.
If it is thru the USPS, have you signed up for Informed Delivery? It’s via the postal service website. Anything that passes thru their system is scanned and you can get a daily mail telling you what is due to arrive. Maybe you can get some info from there. If nothing else, having the vendor check delivery status may help. Does it have a tracking number? If so, sometimes calling the post office branch that handles your house’s mail and giving them that number can tell you if it’s out for redelivery, or on its way back to its origination, etc. hope you get to the bottom of it, and soon.
Noted thanks comrade, I'll keep an eye out tomorrow about what's going on. ugh, I really should just fucking quit at this point, but I bought the vape because I was and am still upset over my cat.
Can't have people cutting into that tobacco revenue!
Yeah it's waaaay easier to buy a pack of smokes since even grocery stores sell cigs but I stopped smoking them now and vape only.
What was the site? Super weird asking for SSN, I've ordered from half a dozen sites at least and never been asked for SSN.

Sorry for asking the obvious but are you in one of the states they have marked in red on the map at the bottom of the page, and/or under the age of 21?
It's okay, I forgot to update this post. It came in the mail and the mail guy knocked at my door and I signed for it. My ass is 38 lol
Lmao, I put that part in because I only recently learned you have to be 21 to buy a vape. I'm glad you got it!
Ain't that some shit? I remember when they smoking age was 18.
In my experience they barely looked at the ID the first couple times and don't even bother anymore.
I just hope they come today and early on in the day when my dad is home so an adult can sign for it. I'd sign for it myself but my license has expired, unless that's not a big deal.
I doubt they'll notice it's expired, or care if it is. All they need to verify is that you're an adult, it's not like you cease to be an adult when the license expires
It came ugh finally, I had to sign for it and they didn't check for my id, probably because I'm literally almost 40 and I have a hobo beard.
last time I bought vapes in the mail they just left it in the mailbox. but that was in like 2018, and policies might differ between vendors, or changed recently
I think there's new laws sadly which require an adult to sign for it.
Very likely on a per state basis, call your local vape shop and ask them some questions
