The Republican Party of Minnesota has just $53.81 cash on hand, with $335,781.36 worth of debt, according to the latest filings with the Federal Election Commission.
Yikes. The MNGOP is always ranting about the DFL’s fiscal policies, yet our state just experienced a hefty surplus and maintains a AAA credit rating. If the MNGOP’s own financial situation is any indication of the vision they have for our state, then it’s just one more reason not to consider them a legitimate option.
