Lots of Americans have a bad habit of accumulating shit and not storing it properly, often happens when we move from a place with lots of attic and basement space to a place that doesn't but we're hesitant to throw away our crap.

My Struggle is the translation of the title of Adolf Hitler's book, Mein Kampf
I have no idea who this person is, never heard of them, the post is completely out of context, but "my struggle" is still a very innocuous phrase commonly used in English.
The context is that he was photographed w Kanye wearing a Nazi shirt
JPEGmafia ("peggy") is a rapper. I think they've made communist statements or something in the past, I've never been into his stuff. The context is having appeared with a neonazi who was wearing a Burzum shirt (also neonazis) in an Instagram post talking about some sort of collaboration.
Also the neonazi is Kanye.

It's all right, he isn't very well known but Adolf Hitler was a fascist Right-winger who was the leader of Nazi Germany during WW2 and the Holocaust. He was infamously anti-Semitic and anti-Communist. He plunged Europe and a lot of the world into disaster, lost the war, and killed himself as the glorious Red Army approached Berlin because he was a loser like his followers today.
