Black Dynamite is definitely in the meta parody category.
Undercover Brother is great, Pootie Tang is another that comes to mind.
There's a little 2 screen theater near me that closed during the pandemic, they were selling it for a million but I didn't (and still don't) have the cash...
Probably the best "everyone is having a blast" movie I've ever seen is Black Dynamite.
It's still one of my favorites, and would actually make a perfect double feature to watch right after The Last Dragon.
If I ever own a movie theater, that's going to be on the list!
