He's right, Hamas isn't committing a genocide but the zionist entity is.
The 7th October massacre (specifically the Nova festival) was genocidal and facilitated by Hamas, either directly, or indirectly by them not having control of the other troops they worked with. In either case as de-facto government they are responsible and have to indict the perpetrators.
There are plenty of groups not led by Deif, Haniyeh or Sinwar in Gaza.

You're still blaming the commanders for daring to resist military occupation. October 7th was not genocidal, nor a crime of any degree.
And all of them have joined with Hamas under the Unity of the Fields, communicating with each other through a formalized Joint Operations Room. Do you know something about Hamas that the PFLP doesn't?
