I may have been using this site compulsively for the last week. I think Iβm doing better, and not in a weird dopamine excess way.
Actually, dopamine excess may have been part of the problem.
Back when it was like 200-400 comments a week, I could realistically read pretty much every comment and it not be that much of a time commitment. Now that its like like 400 comments a day, I've realized I should avoid doing that. The habit lasted into the last week....
