Well the one I bought is from a company based in China, but no just gives your phone/PC a good audio output.

I bring DT880s to work like a dork because they're the only headphones I got atm (outside of a fucked up pair of mdr-7506's)
Good chunk of my shift is when only one other person, or no one is in the room, so no ones really there to hear the sound leak.
I thought about IEMs but I pretty much just go to work or stay home lmao. Though if/when I start going to the gym they might be worth it :p
I find most IEMs that're reasonably priced don't sound stellar anyway
