Not approved by the FDA so docs can't prescribe it. I do know for a fact my doc recommends it to people who have issues with spiro, bica, or mono e but says they can't legally prescribe. However if someone were to "acquire some" they could recommend doses
Its my understanding that spiro has the biggest effect on killing boners so its probably best for most trans women

Also yeah in canada my doctor started me off on spironolactone but then switched me to cypro when I complained about it making me dizzy so I it was something like that where they start off spiro but can switch if it doesnβt work out
