wait what about nutting in a teacup and what did alison rumfitt say to halimede?
Lmao that was just a post on Binnie's blog, it's about a lack of info on reproductive health in trans women. Her girlfriend analysed her sperm counts. I kinda feel like I shouldn't be saying this, but she just put it out there online so it's fine I guess?
Alison Rumfitt just riffed on the post where Halimede is like, extending apologies to all the trans who have ever been insulted and how they must be so strong or w/e. As an interaction not notable at all, but anytime the Crusty Old A Novels world crashes into the Hip Internet Trans world, it kinda breaks my perception for a sec.
I guess the throughline is like, analysing the texts and stuff is fun, digging into people's personal lives not so much, which is what the research into authors boils down to. Even reading blogs or interviews can feel uncomfortably voyeuristic, like why do I know any of this?
stay not normal, ash. your posting powers are unparalleled.
Okay thanks I'll do my best and be atypical
