I feel like I've repeated myself a few times but that's cause I don't know who I'm talking to. As far as I know, you're a brand new person every time unless we're in replies and even then, if there's a new comment by you and I replied to the new one - I dunno who you are lol. Yeah, it's always "Hi, i'm [Name]" and i'm like "Hi [Name], nice to meet you" and halfway through my reply i've already forgotten what that person is called.
Varies for me, pfp + name or partial name is what I remember but can get thrown off if someone changes their pfp from time to time
