I can't guarantee it but it didn't get infected by sitting in the air. That's "just" anxiety - which doesn't take away how real or scary it feels, it just doesn't match with reality. If you're still concerned, monitor your injection site for the next few days and see if it gets sore, warm and red. And it won't be a "oh I dunno is this red and sore?" It will be obvious and hurt. Then ypu would go to emerg lol (might need IV antibiotics)11 mg seems high, I'm on 6 mg once a week and I'm pretty happy. Is it once a week? If its a bigger depo shot then it makes sense. The only real problem with higher doses is you increase your risk of blod clots, also you can't really speed run HRT transitioning by taking more. You're just kinda stuck with how long it takes. I guess it all depends on your bloodwork.
