It didn't stand out to me when I watched the video that he was reading from a teleprompter. How the fuck. I don't know if the other wrong names he has used were also in teleprompter speeches, but normally his mistake with those is just saying the cues out loud.

You can just watch as someone is telling him what to say. He goes off on some tangents and then he gets a few solid words in, on a totally different topic before going back to rambling nonsense, in a loop that never ends.
