Then I pop in to hexbear and see this and I start thinking that he might not be able to give a speech about not running for re-election if he wanted to.
You put the phrase "I am dropping out of the race and resigning from my position as President" on the teleprompter and there's like an 80% chance he croaks it out before he realizes what he's saying.
He's totally got Parkinson's. I have a relative with it that walks like that, except he gets to have a walker.
