(Evangelical) christianity really did a number on my brain, I would not wish it on anyone. Actually unhinged shit to teach a kid.
I've loved horror movies for so long. I thought it made me quirky, but a lot of people did. Still, no one in my family likes it so it made me feel just a lil quirky.
Turns out my dad also LOVES horror movies and it's all he'd watch when he was with my mom ages ago (I haven't spoken to him in years, unrelated to horror movies lol). It's bad enough I still see him a bit when I look in the mirror, ugh. Least I look like a yassified version of him.
