This could also work, depending on where you live and rather or not something else has germinated in the manure already. It's much, much more likely to fail though than other methods. If you have dirty spores (like from the bottom of a bag), that's a good place for those. A spore syringe I would put in a pasteurized or sterile substrate of some kind (manure, pf tek, or hydrated grains like millet or other bird seeds).
I have a similar desire to grow weed outside for fun (I donβt do drugs, but I like breaking laws). It might go legal sometime, so why not? Just donβt know where to get them. Also, do you save your spores for future growing? (Spore print?) or just buy new syringes? I imagine I could throw some product spores outside and maybe one day get results.
I save my spores and also do culture work. I'm pretty serious about mushrooms as a hobby, so I have a flow hood and stuff. And also grow gourmets.
