I think lots of people here either don't tuck at all or only tuck when wearing specific clothing that necessitates it.
Not sure how many wear smoothing no-tuck things, but I've seen multiple people mention that its good enough for them.
But it shouldn't really matter how common or uncommon it is. You should do what you want. If it seems unpleasant, then don't.
I personally like tucking and do it constantly (probably more than doctors would recommend) except when sleeping. I don't hate my junk, so manipulating it every time I go to the bathroom isn't something that bothers me. I also don't wear clothes that would necessitate tucking (I boymode pretty much all the time). The most annoying thing is when using public restrooms, urinals don't give the privacy to tuck, but given how many trans women seem to hate urinals and/or use bathrooms lacking them anyways, I doubt that's relevant to many. :::

Its not so much manipulating it, like I said I don't mind my junk. Still boymoding, but honestly I don't even mind shit like pissing standing up. Granted that might change as I start playing more with presentation and everything, dysphoria is a cold, unpredictable removed.
Really its having underwear that doesn't just fit. Like if I'm a woman I should be able to get stuff that just fits with no extra work. Like it should be made for me, or at least bodies like mine, you know?
True, I guess its just easier to get advice and everything when there's more people with experience and all. A lot of this is new to me, and it doesn't seem like there's as much resources as there should be. Not that the community isn't dong an excellent job, I'm absolutely grateful for what is out there.

A lot of cis people have problems with clothing too, it's not just us that have issues with clothing/underwear etc, all bodies are different..
Sorry, I'm using a mobile client that doesn't seem to work with spoilers, didn't realize I wasn't using the right syntax. Not sure the exact formatting rules for that...
oh no worries, just noticed and thought I'd let you know.
