advise on family hostility
My mom just made some comments on how I changed my appearance and that she hopes the changes aren’t permanent. I’m not out to her yet and I’m not sure how to navigate this conversation. I’ve said that these changes are important to me but I can’t really explain why without saying I’m trans. If I tell her I’m trans she might understand better but she will interrogate me to death basically and I’m not sure if I’m ready for that yet. If I don’t tell her then she’ll probably keep commenting on my appearance because I’m definitely not done yet with changing how I look.What do 🥺
