Yikes. Does that mean you just eat an early dinner? Do you eat a lot then? Is it hard to get enough nourishment? I’m not assuming that’s unhealthy, in fact it sounds preferable.
Outside the summer, I typically work evenings so often don't get home until 9-11pm, so I eat then. But I often sleep in till like 10-11am, so its basically like eating dinner at a normal time relative to someone who wakes at like 7am and eats at 6-7pm?
Depends on how calorie dense what I eat is. Usually, I don't have trouble eating enough. I don't really count calories though. I do sometimes snack later in the night.
Thanks for the reply :3
I’ve wanted to just figure out how many calories I eat but I’m too inconsistent anyway.
Last time I tried tracking it (like 4 years ago), I ranged between 1.3k and 3.9k* Calories (second highest was only 2.7k) apparently during a 2 week period, but averaged about 2k/day. My resting metabolic rate is estimated to be like 2.4k/day based on age/height/weight. But measuring calories means paying more attention and therefore eating less than I otherwise probably would since I was trying to lose weight.
*was on a day I wasn't fasting, so it was spread out. I didn't just binge that much...
