i think my cat thinks i am in league with the scary new fan we got recently. especially since i have the power to make it stop rotating when i'm trying to roll a spliff.
I used to have cats scared of the vacuum, I read somewhere if you pet the vacuum and treat it nicely they're less freaked out about it. It's the ambiguity of its place in the invisible cat-hierarchy and the extremely loud noise that removed em, or at least that's what I read. Regardless, I did it a few times with those cats. One became chill with it after, the other was still spooked but she didn't run away as fast as possible anymore.
oh thank you, maybe i will try that with the fan, that could be useful its not super scary unless its set to rotate but when it is both on and rotating its very sus to one of the cats
