I got my 8 hours of eep, why still eepy? :trans-sad:

It helps to establish a consistent sleep schedule. Even if it's only 7 hours, sleeping at the same time every night can leave you feeling more rested. Still better to make it 8+ hours every night, but it can be tougher to do.Its pretty consistent, even though its later then it should be. Good chance its depression type stuff, or maybe sleeping is just a fuck for me. Either way I'm not tired enough to fall back to sleep so what can I really do.
If you're already doing all you can it's tough
I started using an app to track my sleep and I’m only averaging about 6 hours a night :/ I’ve always had issues with sleep but I need to do a lot better.
