Since uncommitted is losing its joementum after this scathing critique I hjave no choice but to change my vote to a write-in for "second stroke."

[–] [email protected] 58 points 2 months ago

Why is he amused? His party is losing, not mine.

Smdh where is the CIA stroke gun when you need it?

I think this shows that they just flat out don't understand why the uncommitted thing is happening. They, like any good smug lib, see it as a child chucking a tantrum, while the adults in the room do the real politics.

They have to pretend they don't know that the protestors are protesting a genocide, because the alternative to feigned ignorance is admitting they're counter-protesting an anti-genocide protest.

that ~~vote uncommitted/abandon~~ Biden thing isn't aging well lol

FTFY

I mean of course this event fuels trumps campaign - it's an event that centers on trump. Is it helping him win votes relative to Biden? Who knows, we'll find out in the coming months

Its 2024 and networks still give Trump a ton of live air time and most run of the mill Democrats still act like all of the bullshit they're throwing at him is going to stick somehow. When someone is given such a large platform all it can do is rally their supporters.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago (1 children)

The only thing I can say is they're giving air time about Trump, but not to him. God I want to hear him talk about this. But it's projecting himself that did Trump the most good, if he's being talked about but mostly silenced idk if it'll have the same effect

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago

IDK. They had his reaction to the case on live TV, which gave him more than enough of a chance to speak to his followers and rile them up.

He’s talking about a primary that Biden isn’t going to lose anyway lol.

Why doesn’t brain damage bar you from public office, I’ll never know.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago

At most it was a nominal primary, with no serious opposition.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 2 months ago

If Trump is found guilty, we need to vote for Biden because Trump and his campaign is fueled by the verdict.

If Trump is found innocent, we need to vote for Biden because Trump is threatening the Democratic judicial system.
