Taglines should only come from federated (or clearly outsider users) with less than 50 upvotes
Being a tagline should automatically disqualify a tagline from being a tagline
It's true, they may well be taglineworthy but it's only a hop and a skip from that behavior to a case of the more serious "There should be a sitcom about me and my friends" syndrome.
