Great to see Nancy shares my vision that it would be hilarious if one of them dies on the house floor. Gotta keep saying this on here until the lathe kicks in. Mitch is getting close, but really it would just be even funnier if it happens twice.

if it happens twice

Inshallah. Oh, great an merciful god - I would not be so bold as to ask for it thrice. But you know...

We should call it "Pulling a Ginsberg" just to rub salt in the wounds of the Dem voters

I think the evil force keeping them alive is the same one keeping Kissinger alive, and once Kissinger goes, its grip on this plane of reality will be released and McConnell and Pelosi will instantly turn to a pile of dust on the Congress floors.

McConnell and Pelosi will instantly turn to a pile of dust on the Congress floors.

And War Profiteer Feinstein too.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 year ago (1 children)

multiple people have died on the floor and some where beaten to death by other congressmen on the floor and nothing happened to them; it makes zero difference.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 year ago (2 children)

this is untrue. no one has been violently slain during a session of congress, Charles Sumner got his ass beat on the floor but was not killed. in 1954 Puerto Rican nationalists shot a few, but didn't manage any kills, and i think fash-infighting doesn't really count since they weren't members of congress or technically in the room yet

Who are you actually providing liberty or justice to Nancy? Who?

[–] [email protected] 31 points 1 year ago (2 children)

Really missing the old days when you had the sense to retire in your 70s and just run one of your failkids in the seat.

FFS, the Kennedys and Bushs figured this shit out 40 years ago. What is Nancy's problem?

What the fuck is San Francisco values I fucking hate American phraseology

[–] [email protected] 25 points 1 year ago

San Francisco values

A "progressive" who is 83 years old who is pro insider trading, anti anything for workers, and who has a ten worth in the 100s of millions of dollars.

[–] [email protected] 24 points 1 year ago

What the fuck is San Francisco values

killing the first openly gay representative in california, of course

[–] [email protected] 19 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Having billion dollar useless tech industries on one side and a city of homeless people on the other. The side with the tech industries will complain about the other half but refuse to do anything to reduce wealth inequality because they hope they can all be genocided without a big fuss

As a European who has been to San Francisco for 3 days, I shudder at the thought of bringing "San Francisco values" anywhere else.

Even as a tourist I got a bad vibe from that place. Felt so unbelievably unsafe at broad daylight.

She has represented California's 11th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives since 1987.

This time she's gonna hit that big progressive button, but only if you vote hard enough.

Insider Trading won't run itself.

A r/politics thread. I picked the one with the most comments. But now that I think about it - I'm surprised there's no sticky.

Browsing that sub is self harm

[–] [email protected] 23 points 1 year ago

It would be so nice to see her lose and be ignored by everyone for the rest of her pathetic, ghoulish life. But that would be a good thing so it'll never happen

No one wants San Francisco values. In fact, I wish for it to be as far away from here as possible

[–] [email protected] 16 points 1 year ago (1 children)

the real sad thing is that anyone who replaced her would be just as bad

SF has lost even the sheen of progressivism it once had, to say nothing of an actual socialist

The dinosaurs never did go extinct. Birds are literally dinosaurs.

[–] [email protected] 23 points 1 year ago (22 children)

"Trilobites never went extinct, we still have horseshoe crabs"

"Neanderthals never went extinct, we still have humans"

[–] [email protected] 25 points 1 year ago (1 children)

If neanderthals went extinct, then explain gamers :smuglord:

[–] [email protected] 26 points 1 year ago

I think that it is very specist to compare a normal, innocent lifeform to gamers.

My bird baths are much too small for a velociraptor. Never mind a T. Rex.

:good-morning:

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 year ago (3 children)

now that's unfair I have female relatives that age who would be far better in government than Nancy Pelosi. She's not bad at government because of her age she's been bad at this her whole life

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 year ago

Her age does make it worse, she is very clearly slipping good-morning
