dumb yapping
I wish I could ever read about hormone levels without flipping out and getting a ton of anxiety. Every time it feels like I'm doing something wrong. Even though I'm literally going to an endo for it, Idk. I'm gonna try to get my hormone levels printout tomorrow so I can discuss em with the smart people here, but even that gives me a fuckload of anxiety aaaarghIf itβs any consolation, hormone levels can actually vary a lot from person to person and what might be βhighβ for one person can be βlowβ for another and vice-versa. The guidelines they publish are really just ranges for where most people are at, and really the best indicator for how good your levels are is how you feel and how well itβs working
I'm sure hormones seem easy to stress about.
I just wanna pop pills and vibe why it gotta be dis way
Don't we all
Titty skittles and chill
they have big effects and make up a large part of our bodies being how we like them ... i don't really know how to read my own results, if i did i wonder if i'd stress too.
i try to remind myself that even if my levels are wrong that i'll notice, and that that kind of thing is fixable. but i've smelled myself before and been like "is that a testosterone smell? oh god oh god", etc.
