For example, my economic policies, think of it and I have named it as "creating an opportunity economy." It's about things like investing in small businesses. I love our small businesses.

OMFG EVERY DEMOCRAT IN THE LAST TWENTY YEARS HAS RUN ON HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES THIS IS AS SAMEY AS IT GETS

Oppurtunity economy is a funny way to say the competition of all against all but with joy

[–] [email protected] 19 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Who doesn't love the opportunity to be forced to work for 50+ years or starve in a ditch maybe-later-honey

""""Opportunity"""" means both rich real estate tycoons and poor homeless people have the same opportunity to buy a $10 million apartment complex. Both will get letters in the mail notifying them when the complex is up for auction.

anakin-padme-3 << Who was also a war criminal.

[–] [email protected] 10 points 1 month ago

Don't worry, she may not be better than Joe Biden, but she's also not blurse than Joe Biden.

[–] [email protected] 41 points 1 month ago (2 children)

She keeps getting in interviews where the interviewer really is just trying to set it up for her, giving her the most obvious questions you’d need to answer, ones you’re supposed to have a good answer for, and she continues to fumble it.

How is she this bad at politics? It’s honestly astounding! Just make something up, for fucks sake! Biden ran on curing cancer!

[–] [email protected] 35 points 1 month ago

How is she this bad at politics?

To be fair, she never won by votes.

[–] [email protected] 12 points 1 month ago (1 children)

It's like she's answering every question blind. How do you not have a boilerplate question for the most common question from a friendly interview? She makes George Bush sound clever! Biden's brain is half rotten and even he can muster a more relevant answer!

She's so bad at this lol

[–] [email protected] 39 points 1 month ago (3 children)

she's going to win the popular vote by 5 million, and lose the election. lmao. DEMOCRACY!

[–] [email protected] 29 points 1 month ago

That seems optimistic for her campaign the way she's running it.

[–] [email protected] 28 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Gets 90+% in California and New York, loses Pennsylvania and Michigan by half a percentage point.

[–] [email protected] 24 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Then will blame everyone but herself for losing?

[–] [email protected] 24 points 1 month ago

The will blame Jill Stein voters.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 month ago

As is tradition

"please, you must listen to me! i'm literally a wholly different person," kamala pleads as the orderlies are wheeling her away.

in the dim room, the tears of desperation finally break free. in the mirror, joe's dessicated visage contorts into a hideous grin.

[–] [email protected] 21 points 1 month ago

And then one of these flies into the room to comfort her:

why-angel

"Be not afraid, Jack."

She always sounds like she’s about to cry

[–] [email protected] 17 points 1 month ago

We can only dream that in some corner of her mind she hears the screams.

"the difference between joe and i is that we're two different people. he's joe. i'm somebody else. you see, where his family named him joe when he was born, when i was born-- in a completely different location years later, my parents named me something entirely different. my name is kamala. we are different people."

[–] [email protected] 28 points 1 month ago (2 children)

And so when we think about the significance of what this next generation of leadership looks like -- were I to be elected president -- it is about frankly, I love the American people and I believe in our country. I love that that it is our character and nature to be an ambitious people. You know, we have aspirations. We have dreams. We have incredible work ethic. And I just believe that we can create and build upon the success we've achieved in a way that we continue to grow opportunity and in that way, grow the strength of our nation.

word salad

[–] [email protected] 17 points 1 month ago (1 children)

It's always word salad if you're trying to speak to the desires of workers but refuse to acknowledge class conflict.

chrissy-explain They say there’s no two people on earth exactly the same. No two faces, no two sets of fingerprints. But do they know that for sure? 'Cause they would have to get everybody together in one huge space. And obviously that’s not possible. Even with computers. But not only that, they’d have to get all the people that ever lived, not just the ones now. So they got no proof. They got nothin'. jokermala

I'm honestly fucking shocked that this is real and not The Onion. as Colbert once said about HIllary: "HOW CAN YOU BE THIS BAD AT IT?"

[–] [email protected] 25 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Why is it so hard to come up with one thing? Why is she acting like she's being blackmailed into pretending she's Joe Biden? What do they have on her?

[–] [email protected] 22 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

She’s speaking to the bourgeois donor class, not you. The economy under Biden has gone very well for the bourgeois class (especially when compared to Trump), and she’s telling them that she won’t change anything substantial. They would be safe to support her.

The Democrats don’t care about voters, they care about donors.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 1 month ago

"Nothing will fundamentally change" v 2.0 but she has to do it out in the open in front of all the people who think she's going to bring change and so cringe ensues.

[–] [email protected] 25 points 1 month ago

Democratic politician Kamala Harris was asked who's more genocidal: her or current president Joe Biden. Harris answered "I don't compare myself with anybody", rolled up her sleeve to show a tattoo of Adolf Hitler and continued "I'll let you interpret that however you want".

[–] [email protected] 22 points 1 month ago

"My name is different."

Checkmate, republicans!

[–] [email protected] 21 points 1 month ago

Me as hell talking about a country built on the backs of slaves: "[the American people] have amazing work ethic!"

[–] [email protected] 18 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

I'm so glad she's out and about speaking

I was afraid they'd have the good sense to lock the candidate that flamed out before she could lose her home state in a bunker until election day

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 month ago

What's wrong with Joe Biden Kamala?

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 month ago

Wow! This is worthless!

[–] [email protected] 14 points 1 month ago

Hogwash! Next she'll tell us she's a woman. Bah!

[–] [email protected] 12 points 1 month ago

Remember 2019 when she was a Literally Who? This is a battle between an incumbent almost accidentally became president and a defending accidental president.
