As proud as I am of my 100% failure rate, I'd likely feel uncomfortable with something tracking where, when, and with whom (or more often, what) I'm tricking my body into believing it's attempting to pass on genetic code.
I can't speak for effectiveness myself, but there are FOSS alternatives out there for my android peeps.
